We are actively evaluating our first Sinkable forest acquisition in the state of Vermont. Keep in mind - your donation is going 2x as far! An anonymous donor is matching 100% all donations for this first forest acquisition.
We will use funds to:
1. Purchase and preserve our first forested land acquisition
2. Preserve and create new carbon sinks
3. Support biodiversity
4. Mitigate the effects of climate change
Our plan is also to construct an off-the-grid cabin in our first forest, and make this available to all Sinkable.org donors for free, in order to provide further connection to the land and nature. The anonymous donor will cover all costs of this cabin, made available to our community for free.
